"You knit me in my mother's womb."  Psalm 139

This opportunity combines knitting, crocheting and fellowship with prayer.  The results include shawls and blankets which is given to those in our midsts who suffer and struggle with difficult circumstances.  The basic shawl is based on a 3-stitch seed pattern.  The pattern of 3 symbolizes the Trinity: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  It is said that the number three is used 523 times in scripture!  When the shawls are completed they receive a final blessing before being sent on their way.
