Join us for fellowship on Thursday mornings following daily Mass in the EFB for coffee and treats.

OLA Shawl Ministry meets on Thursday mornings at 10 am. Come join the group if you enjoy knitting or crocheting prayer shawls. The group prays over each shawl with a blessing before they are given to anyone who is ill or needing the comfort of a prayer shawl. For more info contact Yvette at 214-208-3069.

The OLA Men's Upper Room meets weekly in the EFB room 201. Join our Men's Faith group for fellowship, food, and content. Group gathers at 6:30 am for food and fellowship and small groups following at 7:00 am.

Adoration is held on Fridays in the Church from 9:00 am (just after the 8:30 am Mass) till noon. You are welcomed and encouraged to participate for the entire time or any part of the time. During this period, participants pray before the very presence of Our Lord.

September 30 - October 1 is Bundle Weekend benefiting the SVDP Truck and Thrift Stores in Plano and Dallas. Drop off your gently used items on Saturday morning (8:00 am-noon) or after Mass on Saturday evening or Sunday.

All are invited to participate in the Mass of Remembering on Saturday morning at the 8:30 am Mass. For anyone whose lives have been touched by the loss of a child, born or unborn, the circle of grief is wide. The grieving process is never over. We will always remember and love the one(s) no longer with us. We ask you to bring a photo of your loved one to be placed before the altar for this special Mass. The Sacrament of Reconciliation or Confession is a beautiful opportunity that allows us to renounce the sins we have committed and seek absolution and healing. In HIS endless mercy and love, God absolves us of our sins and forgives our mistakes, allowing us to reconcile with the Church and with God. The meaning of confession and its value helps you realize your mistakes and cleanse your soul of sin.

Enjoy a hotdog after Mass on Saturday, September 30 provided by the Knights of Columbus.

Sign-up this weekend at Mass for potluck food items for the upcoming OLA Parish Picnic. Sign-up tables will be in the Narthex.

For Catholics, October is the month of the Holy Rosary. A month of devoted to praying the Rosary in honor of the Blessed Mother. The Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary is October 7. We are encouraged to pick up our prayer beads and recite the Holy Mysteries every day. To celebrate this beautiful month, OLA's Our Lady's Rosary Group invites you to visit their display following Mass on Saturday, September 30/Sunday, October 1 and choose a rosary to take home.
